We are not only thrilled with the process of installing turf in our dog daycare yards at All Dogs Gym in New Hampshire, we are thrilled anew every day! New England Turf Store recommended SYNLawn pet premium turf, which was installed by the Atlantic Sports Group. Johnny Sinkins, our point person, was fantastic to work with. He coordinated all the moving parts and people to get our project done on time. Always responsive and happy to answer all of our questions. Matt Boudreau was our site manager for the sub-straight installation and his attention to detail was top notch. He did some very creative problem solving, found us a great rock for the Zen Garden and, when we had a problem sourcing a concrete tunnel for our Skate Park ramp, trouble-shot a way to use a piece of equipment we already had on site. He took his time and made sure everything was done correctly and to our liking. He and his team went above and beyond with our requests and really brought this project to life. He also worked cooperatively with our fencing company to help cut down the time-line and get us back up and running smoothly. The company as a whole was: • Knowledgeable about what we, as a large dog care facility, would need vs smaller projects. • Made creative suggestions we would not have thought of. • Listened to our needs and customized a plan that would work for us. • Responsive and patient with our 1001 questions.
